THE PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE OF OPERATIONAL READINESS INVESTIGATOR

Abstract

In work leading quality operational readiness investigator. An anonymous questionnaire investigation Odessa and Khmelnytsky regions and assessed the quality inherent colleague investigator, money that should be inherent highly skilled investigator as «ideal». In the questionnaire respondents indicated rates of real and ideal investigator, author and combined them arithmetic mean figure obtained in accordance with the quality of each operational readiness. The current state of development of structural and logical model of readiness of employees of the preliminary investigation of the professional ranks above average rate. That is quite positive for the development of highly competitive and investigators in general. However, ideally indicators should hold a high level of readiness for professional activities. All figures the average level of operational readiness, we brought in the schedule. According to the schedule, this type of structural-logical model of readiness of employees of pre-trial investigation developed in the investigation above average (considering that deuce – intermediate). Among them, the lowest figures in the following varieties readiness: economic, methodical and scientific. Economic willingness to be inherent in investigating high, since it must be able to make rational use of material and human resources during the open and covert investigative (detective) action. As for guidance and investigation, these figures are acceptable, as a high-level data types readiness might appeal only to the investigator with a great professional experience. Among our respondents’ average age was 30-33 years. Therefore, for them it is enough profesiohenezu positive indicator of the condition for further improvement and professional development.
