THE QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM OF DOMESTIC INDUSTRIAL COMPANIES OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT

Abstract
The article reveals the main problems of quality management of domestic industrial enterprises of railway transport. The main processes of quality management are considered. The basic principles, on which the quality management system is based, are grounded. The analysis of technical and technological characteristics of cars of domestic and foreign production is carried out. An integrated quality management system is proposed, which will ensure the high technological development of production, production and its implementation in the domestic and foreign markets. Domestic industrial enterprises of railway transport are leading in the industry of Ukraine. The gradual entry of Ukrainian enterprises into the international economic space requires the introduction of modern quality standards, the main objective of which is to ensure and continuously increase the requirements for product quality. The integrated product quality management system should be considered as a set of key units that interact, affect the overall efficiency of the system, and are aimed at improving product quality. The integrated product quality management system is a social and economic system that combines interconnected quality management units based on the principles of product quality management, which are basic in accordance with international standards ISO 9000. Integrated system of product quality management has a number of internal (financial resources, material resources, labour potential) and external (legislative base of Ukraine, globalization of the economy, technological and innovative development of the economy, specifics of enterprises) restrictions, is closely connected with other units of the general enterprise management system – target, functional, organizational, motivational, social, economic, scientific, technical, and technological. The proposed integrated quality management system is an instrument for improving the quality system of products.
