THE QUESTION OF ADAPTATION OF THE LEGAL REGULATION OF THE NATURAL GAS MARKET TO THE INVESTMENT MODEL OF THE ECONOMY OF UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE EURO INTEGRATION PRO

Abstract
Problem setting. Article is devoted: to the analysis the some legal aspects of investing in one of the most important spheres of energy - natural gas at the market. The author focused on the legal issues of the process of investing in the domestic gas market of Ukraine. The problem of attracting investment in Ukraine is extremely relevant in the world of numerous reforms, including energy. Of particular relevance is gaining today, in terms of imbalance in the economic system of the country and long attempts to build a new model of the natural gas market by European parameters. Analysis of resent researches and publications. The following scientists were engaged in research of the specified question: O.V. Vinnyk, O.R. Zeldin, G.L. Znamenskii, V.I. Kuhar, V.K. Mamutov, O.P. Pidtserkovnyі, D. E. Fedorchuk, V.S. Shcherbina, L.L. Gritsenko and others. Article’s main body. Globalization as process, expresses the need of the capital for expansion, its exit out of limits of national borders, to need of internationalization of production and economic activity. And at the same time it is process, is politically stimulated, goes and is controlled by the large international capital with use of government institutions of the strong power and other most developed countries, and also the international economic relations. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Today, there are legal issues hindering the attraction of financial resources for the development of the gas industry and reduce the investment attractiveness of the natural gas market to potential future investors. First of all, these problems are a consequence of incomplete process of liberalization of the internal market in natural gas needs to accelerate the process to reform and build a new model of the natural gas market, the proposed law №N 329-VIII.
