Abstract
The article investigated, analyzed and summarized effective mechanisms for technology transfer to foreign countries. The analysis of the mechanisms of development of national and international technology transfer. The basic problem of transfer of technology issues in Ukraine. Proposed amendments to the national legislation in the field of technology transfer infrastructure.
