The Randic index of line, subdivision and total graphs of some graphs
Journal Title: JOURNAL OF ADVANCES IN MATHEMATICS - Year 2014, Vol 8, Issue 2
Abstract
The Randic index R(G) of an organic molecule whose molecular graph is G is the sum of the weights of all edges uv of G, where denote the degree of vertex u(or v). In this paper, we compute the Randic index of line, subdivision and total graphs for some graphs.

Method for Optimizing the Dual of Linear Fuzzy Programming Problems
This article’s goal is to support the existence of the dual in a Linear Fuzzy Real environment and focus on its application to Linear fuzzy program problems. This concept will apply to linear fuzzy programming problems...
Stability of the vibrations of a damped general inhomogeneous wave equation
In this paper, we consider the vibrations of an inhomogeneous damped wave under distributed disturbing force. The well-possedness of the system is studied. We prove that the amplitude of such vibrations is bounded u...
On a Subclass of Meromorphic Multivalent Functions
In this paper, we introduce a new class of meromorphic multivalent functions in the puncturedunit discU*{z∈c:0 <|z|<1} . We obtain various resultsincluding coefficients inequality, convex set, radius of sta...
Common fixed points for four self-maps in cone metric spaces
We prove, the existence of coincidence points and common fixed points for four self- mappings satisfying a generalized contractive condition without normal cone in cone metric spaces. Our results generalize several well-...
On a two (nonlocal) point boundary value problem of arbitrary (fractional) orders integro-differential equation
Here we study the existence of solutions of the functional integral equation:  ...
