THE RATING SYSTEMS OF ASSESSMENT AS A FACTOR OF INFLUANCING THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT POSITION OF UKRAINE AND THE AMOUNTS OF FOREIGN INVESTMENTS IN THE DOMESTIC ECONOMY

Abstract
The article describes the influence of rating systems of countries' evaluation as to their investment position and the prospects of attracting the foreign investments into the domestic economy. The investment attractiveness of Ukraine is assessed based on the main components of the Doing Business ratings, on the basis of the International Business Compass index as well as on the basis of the ratings of the international rating agencies. A number of rehabilitation measures aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness of Ukraine has been outlined.
