The ratio of the political and state administration

Abstract
It is not necessary to prove that there is a close relationship between politics and administration. But it is not limited to the relationship of these two phenomena. Each of them can be not only a cause but also a consequence of the other. It is easy to notice the presence of the sphere, where the concept of politics and governance become such a close relationship is starting to match the value. For example, when it comes to political decisions of the highest management level of the country, these decisions belong to the sphere of politics. At the same time, these same decisions and is the basis of governance.
