THE REALIZATION OF THE GOALS OF INTEGRATION OF UKRAINE INTO EUROPE

Abstract
This article deals with the intentions of Ukraine to integrate into Europe and the consequences of the implementation thereof. The results of Ukraine’s integration into the EU have been researched, considering both advantages and disadvantages for the Ukrainian agricultural market. The necessity of a transition to the investment-innovative model of development of this market is substantiated. The introduction of Ukraine’s transition to the innovative way of development and its affirmation as a high-tech state is obstructed by the attitude of both state and business towards the financing of scientific research. Every year Ukraine is experiencing a hole in the budget, and each time science is funded by the residual principle. This paper proves the need to reduce the volume of extractive institutions in society and increase the share of inclusive institutions, which should contribute to strengthening the country’s economy and increasing its credibility in the world. In addition, it is necessary to abandon the myth of free trade and professionally protect the interests of the country
