The reasonableness of the terms as one of the basic principles of criminal procedure

Abstract
The article analyzes the reasonableness of the terms as one of the foundations of the criminal proceedings. We consider the procedure for calculating the procedural time limits in criminal pro- ceedings. Shows deficiencies of principle reasonable time. It was found that the term mustn’t exceed the limits establishing by the law, but mustn’t be less than necessary for the implementation of pro- ceedings for which they are established, and give approved by the courts.
