THE REGIME OF PUBLIC PROPERTY UNDER THE RULES OF THE NEW CIVIL CODE

Abstract

Law 213 from 1998 covered until now public property regime in Romania. Along with the entry into force of the new Civil Code,it have been affected and some rules on public property. These changes are just taken into account in this study which wants to illustrate what is currently public property regime in Romania and what are the rules that govern this system.
