THE REGULATION ISSUE OF MINING AMBER: CAN THE NEW GOVERNMENT DO IT?

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of illegal mining the amber and its circulation. Problems and effects of illegal mining are elucidated in article. The author circumscribes reasons of non-compliance legislation by persons who mining the amber. It analyzes the procedure of getting a permission for the exploitation of subsoil and problems, which people meet, and legal acts, which describe conditions and rules to getting permission.
