The relationship between job stress and job satisfaction, job performance and job burnout in Neka power plant personnel

Abstract

Introduction: Based on the studies reviewed, stress, satisfaction, burnout and job performance of the major factors affecting the organizational goals are included. In addition, it has been found that the stress of the job and the work environment is different. Most research on sources of job stress and job satisfaction among employees in America and Europe has done their work environment. The results of stress reduction are the process of production and the effects can be related to burnout, absenteeism and lack of job satisfaction cited. But job satisfaction has a significant impact on the results. Components of job satisfaction, satisfaction with pay based on consent based on creativity, satisfaction and satisfaction with co-workers is based on organizational position. Burnout may also reduce job performance. The researchers found that burnout is reduced job performance. In fact, burnout is a phenomenon in recent years has attracted the attention of psychologists and researchers. Burnout is a form of mental exhaustion, stress or stress related to the job and work involvement. The study population of 384 experts, managers, employees, up from Neka power plant in India. The standard measure of job stress questionnaire survey Stanimtz ( 1977), a standardized questionnaire Goldard burnout, job performance questionnaire, job satisfaction and a standard questionnaire was made. The findings show that increased stress, decreased job performance and a reduction in stress, job performance increases. Also there is a direct linear relationship between job stress and burnout. Another result was that burnout decreases with increasing age and decreased burnout increases.
