The Relationship between Performance Measurement System and Systems Thinking To Achieve Organizational Productivity (Case Study: Maskan Bank from West Azerbaijan)

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between performance measurement system and systems thinking to achieve organizational productivity (case study: Maskan Bank of West Azerbaijan). The purpose of current study is in applied research, data collecting in descriptive form, and implementation form in survey research. The study statistical society concludes 175 employees of Maskan bank from west Azerbaijan which has been selected by stratified random sampling. The questionnaire, with 34 questions for data collection, has appropriate validity and 0.789 (Cronbach’s alpha) reliability which is showing the suitable reliability. The SPPS software has been used for data analysis on data collection of questionnaire. The Kolmogorov- Smirnov test and Spearman Correlation Coefficient are also used in statistics analysis. The results of study show that there is significance relation between performance measurement system and systems thinking towards achieving to organizational productivity.
