Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the curriculum and contents of books and the use of Educational Technology by teachers and university professors in Iran through meta-analysis. An extensive search for relevant published and unpublished studies found 51 studies from 1993 to 2009, 8 research studies with inferential statistics were chosen. The results indicated that the curriculum and content of books had a lot of influences on not using Educational Technology and it was a big obstacle for using it.
