In this regard, three factors such as "strategic readiness", "organizational agility" and "mental health employees" as variables were tested in the form of three hypotheses. In this study, the relationship between independent variables as the strategic preparation and organizational agility with moderating variable of staffs’ mental health have been studied and analyzed. This study examined the hypothesis that increasing the organizational agility and mental health of employees (staffs) will increase the strategic readiness in crisis. The results of this study have confirmed the accuracy of this hypothesis.
