The rental policy in the natural resource sector of Ukraine

Abstract
The subject of research is the rental policy. The aim of the study is to characterize the rental policy in the natural resource sector of Ukraine. Methods used in the research process: generalization of the method of comparative analysis, statistical and other research methods. The results of the work. Described and analyzed the rent policy in the natural resource sector of Ukraine. The scope of the results: the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, bodies of local self-government. Conclusions. The implementation of the state rent policy provides for the creation and use of such regulatory mechanisms, which would provide an opportunity to prevent misappropriation of rents, to ensure its complete removal, as well as sustainable, economically and socially balanced redistribution.
