THE RESEARCH ON FACTORS OF THE FUTURE TIME ORIENTATION

Abstract
The article analyzes the researches on the factors of future time orientation. In particular, it argues that future time orientation depends on the socioeconomic status of the individual, conditions and socioeconomic status of the family in the period of early childhood, social norms and values defined within a particular culture in which the process of socialization of the individual takes place. The article provides the results of an empir- ical study on the factors of future time orientation, including various quality of life parameters, work experi- ence and marital status. It has been proved that students with higher level of satisfaction with their own health, vacation and a state of affairs at the university, as well as married individuals and those with work experience have higher level of future time orientation.
