THE RESOURCE-BASED APPROACH TO THE DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT OF THE OF WATER AND SEWAGE ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The paper discusses the issues of the enterprises specifics of the sub-sector of the water and sewage facilities as objects of resource saving. The range of problems regarding resource saving and scientific support of new mechanisms of resource management are defined. The logical framework of the resources taxonomy is presented. Conceptual provisions of a modern model of resource saving at the enterprise formation are offered.
