Abstract

Key words: the research hypotheses, HG, H-1, H-2, H-3, the research encompassed 151 respondents, 151 students of the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education at the age of 20, within three experimental groups EG1 (N=48), EG2 (N=50), EG3 (N=53), training methods, initial results in 500-meter cross-country race, continued training method, discontinued and continued training method, final results in 500-meter cross-country race, class, interval, frequency, relative frequency. Summary: the difference between initial and final measurement.
