The results of growing of sturgeon (ACIPENSERIFORMES) of older age in conditions of ponds of the south of Ukraine

Abstract
The article presents the results of studies obtained as a result of the cultivation of sturgeon fish, in particular sterlet and paddlefish, older in the ponds of the south of Ukraine. The results of research in the cultivation of sturgeon in conditions of monoculture and polyculture in ponds of various areas are analyzed. Estimation of the results of sturgeon growing was based on such indicators as the average weight of individuals, the yield on cultivation and fish productivity of ponds.
