The results of the expert interview: the problems of development in the civil service in Ukraine

Abstract
The article analyzes and summarizes the results of the expert survey (in the form of a questionnaire) on the current state of the development problems in the civil service in Ukraine. In order to identify the main problems of the current state of development in the civil service in Ukraine and to prepare recommendations and proposals for improving civ- il-service relations in the public administration system.
