THE RIGHT OF MAN AND CITIZEN TO A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR LIFE AND HEALTH

Abstract

The article examines the legal nature, genesis and the content of human rights and citizen's rights for a safe environment for life and health. On the basis of the analysis of doctrinal and normative legal sources, the authors conclude that the right to a safe environment is a special subjective, natural law that has a complex structure. Particular attention is paid to the conceptual-categorical apparatus, which is used in the normative fixing of the right to a safe environment for life and health, on the basis of which the authors propose to make changes to the legislative framework, which relates to the analyzed issue.
