Abstract
The article deals with the legal regulation of the implementation of the right to peaceful assembly in the context of the globalization of law in modern society. Fundamental international documents in the field of human rights are analyzed, the norms of which establish the procedure for exercising the right to peaceful assembly. The position that the right to peaceful assembly belongs to a person regardless of his sex and age is upheld. The right to peaceful assembly is, by its nature, a complex right, which, along with everything, allows one to assert the existence of freedom, the rule of law
