The right to fair working conditions: international legal aspects

Abstract
The article deals with the content and importance of the right to fair working conditions The article analyzes the international legal acts and some provisions of labor legisla- tions of Ukraine. The article emphasizes that the right to fair working conditions is enshrined in major international instruments. It is noted that the right to just conditions of work combines a range of rights that protect the person in the status of the employee. It includes right to safe and healthy working conditions right to fair wages, right to leisure, the right to equality and prohibi- tion of discrimination. There are conclusions and suggestions for improvement of legal regulation in this area.
