THE RIGHT TO RESISTANCE AS ONE OF THE NATURAL RIGHTS OF A PERSON AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN THE CONTEXT OF THE BIBLE

Abstract
The article provides a general description of the evolutionary stage of the development of natural human rights for the resistance of the authorities arising from the Bible as the basis for the development of modern constitutional law. In addition, the Biblical understanding of the natural human right to the resistance to power, its content, character and types are analyzed; reveals the causal link between the actions of secular authority and the onset of responsibility for the violation of God’s commandments.
