THE RIGHT TO USE OF THE PROPERTY OF THE UNITED TERRITORIAL COMMUNITY BY PHYSICAL AND LEGAL PERSONS

Abstract
The article examines some aspects of the exercise by individuals and legal entities of the right to use the property of the united territorial community. The rules of the acting legislation and the position of scientists in understanding of the essence of such terms as “public property” and right of public ownership” are analyzed. On the basis of the analysis, the classification of property of the united territorial communities from the standpoint of the right of private persons to use such property was carried out.
