Abstract
Pravnata regulativa e edna od osnovnite pretpostavki za organizirawe i vospostavuvawe na sistem na socijalna za{tita i rehabilitacija na lica so pre~ki vo psihofizi~kiot razvoj. So ogled na specifi~nosta na potrebite na ovie lica, vo smisla na nivnata heterogenost, prirodno e istite da se ostvaruvaat vo razli~ni sferi na op{testveniot `ivot, so u~estvo na razli~ni sistemi, podsistemi, ustanovi i institucii. Nivnata dejnost, a so toa i ostvaruvaweto na razli~nite prava na ovie lica e regulirana so pove}e zakoni i podzakonski akti.
