The whole content on the various aspects of health created by Internet users, among others in social media, is a specific type of health promotion in the media. Content is not edited intentionally, formed spontaneously, and the tone is not internally consistent. His individual segments organized around each other crowds of interested, who are tagging, commenting, thus they give credibility content. Thereby form new forms of health promotion in Internet. On this background the public institutions, whose job is among others health promotion, such as National Food and Nutrition Institute and Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, have a lot of catching up to do in this area.
