THE ROLE OF ARCHIVAL DOCUMENTS AND LEGAL ACTS OF THE SOVIET UNION AND INDEPENDENT UKRAINE OF THE SECOND HALF OF THE XX – BEGINNING OF THE XXI CENTURY IN STUDYING THE PROBLEM OF FUTURE FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONALISM DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
Archival documents and legal acts of the Soviet Union and independent Ukraine of the second half of the XX – beginning of the XXI century have been studied in the article. The results of the studying of the above sources are provided. The functions of the sources which were published in Ukraine have been disclosed. Their role in studying the problem of future foreign language teachers’ professionalism development has been determined. The conclusion about the importance of archival documents and legal acts of the Soviet Union and independent Ukraine of the second half of the 20th and beginning of the 21st century for carrying out research on the history of pedagogy has been drawn.
