The role of human resources in the enterprise

Abstract
In today's conditions of fierce competition there is a problem of increasing the efficiency of the enterprise. One of the main factors of success and competitiveness is human potential, its development and motivation. The article considers the human resources of the enterprise and highlights it`s main characteristics. Definition of human resources is revealed. The management and development of human resources are considered with details. The main criteria for evaluating the personnel are highlighted. With the help of those criteria it is possible to understand the weaknesses and strengths of enterprise. The main methods of increasing the efficiency of human resources that help to develop personnel and enterprise are determined. A characteristic of the personnel determines the possibilities of the enterprise, the growth of production, the emergence of new markets, and the implementation of new economic programs. Particular attention is paid to the education of the personnel and the qualification level at the enterprise. Many enterprises do not have a system for developing and implementing a program of development and personnel capacity assessment. That is why it is even more important for a company that wants to develop its human resources. For enterprises it can be a dangerous situation in which the personnel potential has increased excessively, that is, on its growth were spent more than the level of economic expediency. The development of human resources must be determined by the objectives of the enterprise. The level of enterprises in the market depends on how the company is equipped with skilled personnel. It is important to keep in mind that the development of the human resources of the competitors is not higher and faster than yours. You need to keep up with innovations and new discoveries in your field of activity. Every detail in personnel management is important to achieve your goals. An enterprise will undoubtedly succeed if the personnel of the enterprise are qualified and as competent as possible in their field. In the article you will be able to find out in detail how it is possible to increase the rating of a company with the help of human resources.
