THE ROLE OF LEADERSHIP IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT AT THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Problems of leadership in change management are important in both science and in applied fields. The article deals with the study of the problem of leadership to develop effective leadership techniques, selection and formation of leaders. The paper presents the quality that most frequently occur in a successful leader, showing traits of effective leadership and addressed key aspects of the analysis of the existing styles of leadership. The analysis find out that the principles of effective leadership in change management are in the concept of broad and complex ones. Therefore, it is focused on the principles of good governance, which provide specific and detailed description of how and in what sequence should be looked for leaders effective personnel management in enterprises in the management of change. Among the principles of leadership author identifies the following: the leader has to be an optimist and an enthusiast; the leader cares about its employees, can protect them always accessible and humane; the leader must be bold and decisive; the leader has broadmindedness, he developed intuition, strategic vision, a sense of new, the leader is tactful and considerate; the leader is above all fair, honest; consistent leader, gives a good example, makes rash promises; humble leader, he is confident in himself; the leader knows how to delegate assignments, not filling up self-employed and "routine"; the leader does not enjoy special privileges. The enterprises should use various principles of leadership that will help to achieve success in the people and change management. In this regard, the paper shows that in the scientific literature there are many principles that help the company's management to work effectively with employees. The subject of research approaches and proposals were made to the definition of "leadership". In this article the author attempts to show the various principles of good governance and a system has been proposed recommendations for the effective management of the heads of various fields.
