THE ROLE OF OWNERSHIP INSTITUTION IN MODERNIZATION TRANSFORMATIONS

Abstract
In the paper the problems of ownership relations in Ukraine are considered. The features of privatization process-es since the obtained independence are determined. The characteristics of state property in a country are given. The necessity of some economic entities nationalization is stipulated. The directions of ownership relations reforming are determined with the purpose of economic modernization.
