THE ROLE OF PERSONAL QUALITIES SUPERVISOR IN THE PROCESS OF ADAPTING THE ORGANIZATION TO THE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT OF THE REGION

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of professionalism of managers, their personal and professional qualities and the ability to lead people. Investigated the concept of governance, adaptation, psychological qualities of leadership, methods of psychological influence. Scientific literature analysis revealed the presence of a significant number of publications on this topic, but it should be noted that today the science has not developed a unified mechanism of formation of the qualitative features of the modern manager. Made in the article the conclusions can be used in the process of adapting the organization to the business environment and very often, the Manager is the determinant that allows an organization to operate more efficiently other businesses.
