THE ROLE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS IN PROVIDING SOCIAL SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to studying of public administrations in providing social services to people with disabilities. The powers of local self-government bodies in providing social services were analyzed. It identified principles of the system of bodies providing social services to people with disabilities.
