The role of Quantum computation in molecular interactions in biological cells
Journal Title: International Journal on Computer Science and Engineering - Year 2014, Vol 6, Issue 6
Abstract
We propose that the interacting molecules in a living cell are databases of quantum superpositions and scan each other for biologically relevant interactions. We discuss our hypothesis in view of the recent findings in which a 100X100 dimensional entangled quantum system has been created and the study in which it has been shown that global symmetry is not essential for fast quantum search

Multi-constrained QoS Multicast Routing based on the Genetic Algorithm for MANETs
A wireless MANET is a collection of wireless mobile hosts that dynamically create a temporary network without a fixed infrastructure. The topology of the network may change unpredictably and frequently. Therefore, multic...
A New Image Steganography Approach for Information Security Using Gray Level Images in Spatial Domain
A new image steganography method for hiding data using Gray Level Images in Spatial Domain is proposed in this paper. This method uses the 5th, 6th and 7th bits of pixel value for insertion and retrieval of message by us...
Analysis of Maintainability Models for Object Oriented System
There is always has been a demand to provide efficient and effective high quality software. There are various maintainability objects to provide better maintainability. The quality of good software design heavily effecti...
Enhanced Matrix Model for Finding Sequence Motif
This paper presents a probabilistic approach to locate motifs in a given set of molecular sequences. Motif is a short sequence of DNA or RNA (or amino acids) which often consists of 5- 16 nucleotides. The methodology pre...
Metric for Early Measurement of Software Complexity
Software quality depends on several factors such as on time delivery; within budget and fulfilling user's needs. Complexity is one of the most important factors that may affect the quality. Therefore, measuring and contr...
