It has been established that the combination of these systems gives impetus to the development of the social network as a whole, which is also subject to synergistic influence. It has been determined that innovative culture and self-regulation act as universals that require a holistic role- based understanding as factors of society's development: a creative culture involves creating a positive atmosphere for the search and application of new means and ways of solving problems, since self-regulation inherent in it provides transformational transformations to the very system of innovation culture.
