THE ROLE OF TEACHERS IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN SCHOOLS

Abstract
The professional development of teachers is a critical component in enhancing the quality of education within schools. The paper highlights the significance of active participation in professional development programs, mentorship, and collaborative learning environments. The study also examines the challenges teachers face in the process of professional development and offers recommendations for overcoming these obstacles.
