The Role of the Governor's Assistant Institute in Poverty Reduction

Abstract
This article discusses the essence of the concept of poverty and various socio-political views, measurements and approaches to determining its criteria based on scientific analytical considerations. The creation of an institutional system for linking the mahalla system with khokimiyats, the concept of an assistant khokim, the reforms carried out by the assistant khokim in reducing poverty. A new approach to improving the living conditions of the population in the regions, the development of entrepreneurship, the implementation of a new approach and the accumulated national experience in achieving the effectiveness of poverty reduction and social support programs, the introduction of the principle of “Seven Opportunities and Responsibilities for Poor Families” based on the “From Poverty to Prosperity” program are presented. Also, scientific conclusions and recommendations of socio-political significance are given on the types, specific aspects and classification of the concept of poverty. In the process of covering the content of the article, necessary concepts and expressions are discussed in detail and brief, clear comments are left on them.
