THE SAFETY OF FRESH MEAT

Abstract

This article analyzes some possible ways contamination of food products, highlighted documents that establish requirements for the safety of meat, analyzed the legislative basis for the standardization, some indicators of meat safety and requirements for the organization of its implementation.
