The Scientific Approaches to the Concept of Statutory Regulations in Separate Spheres and Branches of Law

Abstract
The article explores the views of scientists regarding the definition of statutory regulation in administrative, banking, criminal, labor and other areas of law. Defines approaches to understanding of statutory regulations of organs of executive power and local self‑government, identifies the shortcomings of the adoption of such acts and the importance for the functioning of legislation. It is supported the idea of the necessity of establishing the legal responsibility of a body, that issued the defective normative — legal act and the recognition of such act is void.
