THE SELECTED ASPECTS OF THE LEGAL REGULATION OF OWNERSHIP AND USUFRUCT IN THE NEW GEOLOGICAL AND MINING LAW

Abstract
The paper presents the development of selected problems in the interpretation and application of new rules of the geological and mining law (act of june 9. 2011). In particular, it deals with the significant changes in main terms and the formation of ownership and property in the problem of subsurface deposits, arising from this new form of mining usufruct. The article also presents how contract law provisions relating to the lease will apply to the mining use.
