Abstract
The article reveals the concept of tools and methods for determining the sequence of work, their types and values. The problems of process control, research projects and grid models. Brought basic concepts of project management and disclosed description of the main tasks of the project requirements and the list of written reports must be provided during implementation. The basic concept of network graphics and open the main factors project. Considered networking methods were developed for planning, namely the method of evaluation and revision of programs, critical path method and the method of managing the sequence of events. Principles of Management analyzed the sequence of events and shows the characteristics of the project, the use of which will help with the most efficient methods to apply critical path scheduling. Disclosed modern methods of planning and project management, based on the use of mathematical models and electronic computers, such as grid systems planning and management (SPU).
