THE SETTLEMENT AGR EEMENT IN THE ECONOMIC PROCESS

Abstract
The article discusses the concept, significance and scope of settlement agreement in the economic process. The author analyzes legal aspects of the conclusion, approval and execution of the settlement agreement. The results of the study generated suggestions for the improvement of the economic procedural legislation on the basis of modern theoretical approaches and experience of legal regulation of respective relations according to laws of foreign countries.
