The significance of the methodology of effective economic diagnostics in the twofunctional improvement of economic and analytical calculations

Abstract
The article determines that the leading position among the elements of the method is methodological support, which represents a set of guidance materials that determine the content of the function of effective diagnostics and regulate its implementation at all levels of the production management hierarchy. And although in promising theoretical and methodological materials on the creation of functionally developed systems of management of industrial associations and industry, this type of provision and found its coverage, modern progressive practice convincingly suggests that effective functional development of the subsystems of the control system is possible only on the basis of a deep study of theoretical-methodological aspects of each particular function. It is substantiated that the methodology provides an opportunity to more or less explicitly determine the design decisions regarding the information output and information input of the tasks of effective economic diagnostics in functionally developed management systems of scientific and production associations and industry enterprises. By fully reflecting all parties and processes of production and economic activity of associations and enterprises, the methodology helps to form the composition of the tasks of effective economic diagnostics, to determine their interconnection and the sequence of decision, which significantly facilitates the construction of a model of the functional structure of effective diagnostics in functionally developed management systems of scientific-industrial associations and industry enterprises. It is proved that the methodology is the most important one that provides an element of the method of effective economic diagnostics in functionally developed management systems of associations and enterprises, largely defining the ideology and nature of design decisions on its other elements that provide. As a result, it is obvious that the development, approval and transfer of theoretical and methodological materials from effective economic diagnostics to associations and enterprises that functionally develop economic and analytical calculations should be carried out in the first place and preceded by carrying out planned (software) works on other types of provision, much more.
