THE SIGNS THAT QUALIFY UNAUTHORIZED OCCUPATION OF LAND FOR THE CRIMINALE CODE UKRAINE

Abstract
The article investigates characteristics that qualify unauthorized occupation of land and to the subject of crime. The corresponding jurisprudence, under which it identified its main trends of the qualification of guilty under Part. 2, Art. 197-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
