THE SPECIFICS OF THE DETERMINATION OF THE CATEGORIES OF CASES OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE JURISDICTION

Abstract
The article explores and analyzes the specifics of the determination of the cate-gories of cases that are subject to review in the proceedings of an administrative court. The author identifies what the task of the administrative proceedings is. The article handles the criteria of classification of the categories of administrative cases. The conclusion of the article is that the judicial discretion plays an important role in determining the legal nature of the administrative case.
