The state and prospects of professional education of the proceedings before fighting the wave

Abstract
In the article the author reviews and analyzes the vocational and technical training of the sentenced to imprisonment as a factor of their correction and resocialization. The main aspects of this activity are analyzed. Proposals on improvement of the current criminal-executive legislation in the part concerning the regulation of professional training of sentenced persons to imprisonment are offered.
