The state of scientific development of the institute of financial-legal coercion in the sphere of state customs: the main provisions, the unresolved issues and prospects

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of financial-legal coercion in the field of state customs. The scientific researches aimed at studying the institute of financial-legal coercion are considered. Taking into account the purpose, objects, subject and scientific novelty of the research, the main results obtained by the national scientists during the writing of the dissertation robot are generalized. It was stated that financial-legal coercion in the field of state customs was not investigated and the development of this problem is at an initial stage. Unresolved issues are identified and directions for further scientific research were identified.
