THE STATE POLICY EFFICIENCY IN DEVELOPING INFORMATION SOCIETY

Abstract
This article looks at examples of leading countries in the world that have achieved the highest results in building an information society. Each country implements approaches to building an information society, depending on the economic, spiritual, cultural and religious characteristics of the state. The development of the information society in each country depends on the policy pursued by the state in the field of informatization. Although the level of development of the information society that is observed in Ukraine in comparison with other leading countries is insufficient, Ukraine has all the opportunities and potential to ensure the development of the information society at the level that meets the requirements of today.
