THE STATE POLICY OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR INVESTMENT AND INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY BASED ON PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article is considered approaches to public administration and regulation of financing of the investment-innovation activity on principles public private partnerships(PPP). Main problems of the investment-innovation activity on principles PPP are reflected, and also, are formulated state-political tasks for development of PPP forms of financing of investment-innovation projects in Ukraine. An author is offered the conceptual model of the financial providing investment-innovative activity on principles of development of PPP. This model will be able to be based on combination of market and budgetary mechanisms of financing, where the key object of cooperation are credit-financial resources, their formings and distributing which takes place under act of action of interests of subjects of IIA. The article has determined interests of subjects of investment innovative activity on the principles of PPP(state, banking system, business, science).
